For the Ketnet studio, we helped create a completely renewed lighting concept. From the iconic illuminated ‘K’ logo to the LED-integrated container, grid wall, cosy corner and TV corner: we delivered a playful and visually strong experience. All of this in collaboration with the lighting designers of ID2Q and VRT's regular set designer Laura Vermylen.

In collaboration with the lighting designers of ID2Q and Laura Vermylen, VRT's regular set designer, we got the chance to help build the visual magic of the new Ketnet studio. Our team took care of all the LED integration that brings the space to life.

The container, a striking element of the set, was fitted with LED lighting all around — even in the floor — so it literally seems to glow out of the set. We lit Ketnet's iconic ‘K’ logo in full, making it recognisable from afar and giving it a strong visual presence.

The Cosy Corner was given subtle backlighting, perfectly matched to the playful character of the programme. We also lit the grid wall and the TV corner, making them an integrated part of the overall studio experience.

Thanks to ID2Q's well-thought-out lighting plan and Laura Vermylen's creative direction, we were able to put our technical know-how to work to deliver a lively, youthful and atmospheric result.
