The project

“Live Live Live” is a much-talked-about music programme on VRT 1, presented by Bart Peeters. In a warm, club-like setting, a 47-piece orchestra performs unique live versions of well-known hits together with top Flemish artists. The programme is all about the power of live music, pure emotion and surprising musical collaborations. Every episode guarantees musical magic, passion and an intimate atmosphere in which artists share their love of music with the audience.

For this special programme, TECside designed and built the entire lighting set, with a strong focus on innovation, atmosphere and custom work.

A neon sign as the centrepiece

The absolute centrepiece of the set is a custom-made 3 by 3 metre neon sign, worked out entirely after the show's logo. This neon sign forms the visual identity of the programme and immediately draws the attention of viewers and guests. Thanks to our CNC workshop and in-house precision work, we were able to finish this eye-catcher down to the smallest detail.

200 metres of RGBW LED with lens

To light the studio's set walls perfectly, we installed more than 200 metres of RGBW LED with lens. This technology gives a powerful yet subtle spread of light. That way we create exactly the right atmosphere every time, matched to the moment in the show and the wishes of the production team.

50 custom RGBW music stand lights

Especially for the presenters and musicians, we developed fifty unique music stand lights. Each light was custom-designed for optimal functionality and looks. The RGBW technology provides a wide colour palette and maximum flexibility in the lighting.

Curved LED profiles in the bar

The bar is a real eye-catcher thanks to the curved LED profiles, fully integrated into the interior. This solution combines atmosphere, design and technical finesse. The result? A warm, inviting spot that fits perfectly with the overall concept of the studio.

With this project, we once again show our strength in custom lighting creations, our eye for detail and reliable execution – from design to installation.

White LED line in the guest table

A discreet white LED line was integrated into the guest table. It not only adds a stylish accent but also works as functional lighting for the people at the table. This prevents shadows under the guests' eyes and chins, giving a flattering, evenly lit image on camera.

Illuminated stage edge

The edge of the stage was fitted with an illuminated LED line that follows the shape of the stage seamlessly. This highlights the architecture of the stage and creates a subtle, professional finish that visually ties everything together.
