We Invest Leuven

Client: WeInvest
Year: 2024
Category: Office

For We Invest Leuven, we transformed the former ING bank branch into a modern, inviting space. Thanks to our lighting, clients feel welcome and can go house hunting in a comfortable atmosphere. The office combines functionality with a distinctive look, with lighting playing a key role in creating a pleasant and professional environment.

Façade lighting:
The iconic We Invest logo was placed on the façade, making the location instantly recognisable to visitors. We also added a subtle neon with the message “Rethink Real Estate”, which not only draws attention but also gets people thinking and offers inspiration.

Lighting in the office:

General areas: In the general areas, we installed wall lighting that is both functional and decorative, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Meeting room: For the meeting room, we combined recessed spotlights with an LED strip along the ceiling, providing indirect light and a refined look.
Workstations: The workstations have suspended LED profiles above the desks, as well as a track system with spotlights for the cabinets, so there is plenty of light for a productive working environment.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fitted with the same recessed spotlights as the meeting room, for a consistent and stylish look.
Entrance hall: In the entrance hall, a creative pendant lamp above the seating area, combined with surface-mounted spotlights, makes for a hospitable and inviting entrance.

With this project, we helped create an office that is not only functional, but where clients really feel at home. We are glad that We Invest Leuven trusted us to create a workspace that is both stylish and practical. At TECside, we remain fully committed to delivering custom lighting solutions that match our clients' wishes and needs perfectly.
