Lemaire Room, Faculty Club Leuven

Client: Faculty Club
Year: 2025
Category: Office

For Faculty Club Leuven, we renewed all the lighting in the Lemaire room. The goal? A contemporary, multifunctional lighting solution that meets modern needs such as meetings, presentations and atmospheric events. The result is a flexible, user-friendly lighting installation that supports and enhances every function of the room. Thanks to this successful project, we are proud to say that Faculty Club now sees us as a partner for their future lighting projects.

The Lemaire room is used in many different ways: as a meeting room, a presentation venue and for networking events or receptions. That is why we chose a flexible solution with several moods and settings.

Technical execution:

LED track lighting: Both linear lighting and spotlights on a single track, each separately dimmable for focused and versatile lighting.
Wall lighting: Adds extra atmosphere and cohesion to the room – also fully dimmable.
Control screen: Traditional light switches were replaced by a sleek, intuitive touchscreen.

Pre-programmed lighting scenes:

Standard mode: For general meetings or gatherings.
Presentation mode: The speaker is subtly lit while the rest of the light is dimmed – ideal for focusing on both speaker and screen.
Video mode: Soft, diffuse lighting when there is no presentation.
Ambience mode: Overall dimmed light for a cosy, warm atmosphere.
Manual control: The touchscreen lets you fine-tune each scene further as you wish.

Thanks to this upgrade, Faculty Club now has a flexible, user-friendly lighting solution that supports their unique venue even better. And best of all: this project marks the start of a great collaboration – we are proud to now be one of their regular partners for future lighting plans.
